3️⃣ Recitation of Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Naas
(A Qur’anic Supplication for Protection)
Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Naas are known as Al-Mu‘awwidhatayn (the two Surahs of seeking refuge). The Qur’an teaches Muslims to recite them for protection from all kinds of evil, harm, envy, magic, and satanic whisperings.
📖 Qur’anic Verses (Arabic + English)
Surah Al-Falaq (113)
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ ۙ
مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ۙ
Translation:
Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak,
from the evil of what He has created.
Surah An-Naas (114)
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ ۙ
مَلِكِ النَّاسِ ۙ
إِلَٰهِ النَّاسِ ۙ
Translation:
Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,
the King of mankind,
the God of mankind.

⏰ How to Recite
- Recite both Surahs 3, 7, or 11 times in the morning and evening
- Before sleeping:
- Recite both Surahs
- Blow gently into your hands
- Wipe over your body
- Can also be recited after prayer or during fear and distress
